No, free shipping is not applicable on orders with minimum quantity, also to qualify for free shipping order should be over $50.

Shipping cost for bulk orders depend on quantity & destination, shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Orders with minimum quantity do have Tracking number.
For Orders without minimum quantity, it depends on the choosen shipping type, we do have In case of small orders, additinal charges will be added (2.95 $) if customer want tracking number for his order.

Once order is ready and shipped to courrier, tracking number will be sent to customer.

If you cannot find your country in list, send us your country name to support@GoTapping.com & and we will add it as soon as possible & notify you by email.

Lead time is the time we take to prepare customer's product including production (for custom products) & shipping to courier company.
Delivery time is the time courier company take to deliver order to customer's door.

Refund is possible only in case of faulty items, except products that have been encoded by customer.
